Is there a guarantee on your products?
We are quite confident that our quality products will delight or bring full satisfaction to our customers. Though, in the case that you are not 100% fully satisfied, you can return the product for any reason unless it is depletable or edible. We want nothing less than to exceed your expectations.
What is your return policy?
In the rare case that you need to return something, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your order being received for your return to be authorized. You will then receive an email from our support team with the return information and address.
Upon receiving your item, we will issue a refund through cash back after deducting incurred shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund if the item is damaged or is no longer in resellable condition. We will consider refusal of a shipment as returning an item.
If during transit the package gets damaged, the customer must call the carrier within 48 hours for an inspection. We must receive confirmation from the carrier before we can send a replacement or authorize the return.
Do not return an item to our mailing address or warehouse address. Please email our support team to receive a return authorization before returning an item, or you will not receive a refund.
We want you to be really excited about the items you order. So please email us if that is not the case.
Why don't I see the refund you issued in my account?
After we have issued you a refund, it will take between 4-6 days before the refund will appear in your account. The 4-6 days is due to the time it takes the merchant bank to process the refund.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Product warranties are issued by the manufacturers themselves, so the warranty period will vary depending on the product. E-mail us at email@example.com to receive information about a warranty for a specific product.
What methods of payment do you accept?

How do you calculate the shipping rate?
At this time we only accept online orders shipping to the lower 48 states. The shipping fee is shown in the cart before you check out. If you wish to ship to Alaska or Hawaii, please call us and we can give you a shipping quote over the phone.
When can I expect to receive my orders?
Most all our products will be shipped within 2-3 days of receiving the order. Once shipped, it could take anywhere from 4-8 days to arrive...hopefully sooner, though.
What about backorders?
If the situation arises that an item you ordered is on backorder, we will bring that to your attention within 2 days and give you an estimate wait time. You then will have the option to wait or receive a full refund for that order.
Who do you use to ship your products?
We use USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL and a few other services for larger items. Often the items weight and dimensions will determine which carrier is used.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship online orders to the Lower 48 United States, however, if you'd like to place an order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally, please call us and we can give you a custom quote.
Is it possible to rush my order?
At this point in time we do provide rush shipment.
Local pick-up, store location, and physical catalogs?
Medical Markdowns is solely an ecommerce company with no brick & mortar storefront. We do not have physical catalogs; all of our products can be found directly on our website.
Can you gift wrap my package?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this point in time.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax! We are based in Delaware, a state that doesn't charge sales tax.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Different products come from various manufacturers which may lead to receiving part of your order first and the other part later. With that in mind, we recommend you wait 1 or 2 days after receiving the first part of your order before you check with us the status of your order.
What if my order gets lost?
If your order happens to get lost during shipment, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to track your packages.
